Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist
Personalised therapy to meet your unique needs and personality Adulting can be hard. Relationships can be hard. Being your authentic self can be hard. For all these reasons and many more, I work with a wide range of clients and presenting issues. I believe everyone is unique and so aim to provide the right therapy for your specific needs in a safe space where you can explore without judgement or prejudice. My practice is pluralistic which means I adapt our sessions to best suit you, and utilise a combination of philosophies including humanistic, CBT, psychodynamic and existentialism to help you achieve your therapy goals. I offer general counselling as well as specialising in psychosexual and relationship therapy. I run a sex positive practice, support people from many backgrounds and cultures, including GSRD (Gender, Sexual, and Relationship Diversity). I work with people of all genders and sexualities as well as kink, BDSM and polyamory. I am a COSRT (College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists) accredited counsellor and supervisor and a certified member of BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy). Previously I have worked at Woodbridge Therapy, St Albans Sexual Health Clinic (on behalf of LCC) and at St Albans SPECTRUM addiction centre. In addition to my private practice, I am a teacher at CICS (Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology) and have previously taught humanistic counselling at Barnet College.
