I am fully trained and accredited with the BACP and ACP to work with adults, couples , children and adolescents , parents and families. I have trained at the Tavistock Clinic in London where I received a Professional Doctorate and where I am an Associate Lecturer on the Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy training course. My work is based on psychoanalytic and psychodynamic principles. I offer short term and long term work for various presentations and am trained to offer ADOS-2 assessments for ASD in children and adults. I have worked in private practice for 19 years and worked in CAMHS with children, adolescents , parents and families for 12 years . I can work with complex presentations in children and young people and help support parents and families through Mentalisation Based interventions. My therapeutic work with adults began 19 years ago, over which time I have developed a more integrated psychotherapy approach. Working with both adults and couples in ways which offer a deeper understanding of ongoing issues leading to growth, development and change.
