Psychotherapist

Warm, empathetic therapist with an engaging style, providing a safe space to talk and be heard I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can talk openly about what is happening in your life, without judgement or pressure. You may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, difficult relationships, loss or trauma, or perhaps life simply feels different from how you expected it to. You might be facing a period of change, feeling stuck, or finding that experiences from the past are affecting how you feel and relate to others now. My approach is trauma-informed and tailored to you. Rather than assuming one way of working suits everyone, we will explore what you need at your own pace, helping you understand yourself more deeply, recognise patterns that may no longer serve you, and find ways forward that feel right for you. I have 6 years’ experience as a therapist, and an extensive career prior to that in a social work setting. I offer therapy to adults in a supportive, down-to-earth and collaborative way. Our relationship is at the heart of the work: you don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what is wrong or what you want to change. We can work that out together.
