One of Harriet's is tracking emotions in the body and helping you to stay with it, so the feelings eventually subside or change. Harriet uses an integrative approach which means she can draw upon different therapeutic skills and theories according to what you might need. An area Harriet specialises in is working with parents individually either during pregnancy or after who struggle with conflicting thoughts of love and dislike for their role as a parent.
