Adult Psychotherapist

As an integrative and relational therapist, I am informed by humanistic, psychodynamic, attachment and existential perspectives, tailoring therapy to you as an individual. Life can sometimes feel difficult to navigate. You may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, grief, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, stress, or the impact of past experiences. Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to face it alone. My name is Heloise, and I am a qualified integrative, relational psychotherapist (MBACP) offering online therapy for adults aged 18+. I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing and begin to understand the patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck. Together, we can explore both what is happening in your life now and how past experiences and relationships may be shaping the way you feel and relate to yourself and others. I work collaboratively, tailoring therapy to your individual needs. Together, we can make sense of your experiences, understand the challenges you are facing, and find a way forward that feels right for you. I have a particular interest in working with loss and bereavement, including childhood loss and the lasting impact early experiences can have on our relationships, sense of self, and emotional wellbeing. Whether you are facing a specific difficulty, navigating a life transition, or simply feel that something needs to change, I offer a supportive space where you can develop greater self-understanding and move towards a more fulfilling way of living. My Training I hold an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Roehampton. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in accordance with their ethical framework. I attend regular supervision and undertake CPD to expand and update my knowledge. My Experience I have experience working with adults across a range of settings, including a low-cost counselling service, the NHS, other community settings and within a national mental health charity.
