Therapy for Individuals and Couples | Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Childhood Trauma, Attachment, Low Self-Esteem, Bereavement & Life Transitions | Support with Relationship Conflict, Communication Difficulties, Emotional Disconnection & Intimacy | Understanding Recurring Patterns, Developing Boundaries & Building Stronger Relationships You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed or disconnected, or finding yourself caught in patterns that are difficult to change. Perhaps you are facing relationship difficulties, a loss or a significant life transition. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can speak openly and explore what matters to you. I am an integrative counsellor, a registered member of BACP and a COSRT Registered Relationship Therapist. My experience includes working with adults in NHS Talking Therapies and private practice. I support people with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, childhood experiences, bereavement and relationship difficulties. My approach draws on person-centred, psychodynamic and attachment perspectives, adapting our work to your individual needs. Together, we can explore how past experiences influence your present feelings and relationships, while finding practical ways to respond to current challenges. I also work with couples to explore communication difficulties, recurring conflict and emotional disconnection, helping both partners feel heard and develop a deeper understanding of their relationship. Originally from Shanghai and having lived in the UK since 2010, I bring an awareness of how culture, identity and belonging can shape our experiences. I offer sessions in English and Mandarin.
