Within my practice, I endeavour to demonstrate a practical understanding of a number of challenges which can impact an individual's mental wellbeing. Drawing on both personal and professional experience, I am skilled in creating a safe, non-judgemental and collaborative environment, in which intuitive empathy can be received in creating meaningful change. I am an integrative Counselling Practitioner and member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), with a total of over 2,850 counselling hours’ client engagement. Being able to quickly build collaborative rapport and trust; enabling strong therapeutic relationships, whilst sensitively challenging clients, when appropriate; I aim to facilitate intuitive exploration of a wide range of concerns, utilising a relational approach with person–centred foundation; drawing upon other modalities according to client need. I would very much welcome the opportunity to discuss with you further your counselling requirements, offering a free, no-obligation introductory consultation.
