Psychotherapist

Therapy for adults and relationships, with 20+ years' experience and a curious, relational approach to trauma, change, identity and how we connect with others. I am a BACP Accredited Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist with over 20 years' experience working with adults, couples and relationships. My approach is relational, trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming. I work with people experiencing anxiety, low mood, trauma, fears and phobias, relationship difficulties, grief, burnout and significant life changes, as well as those wanting to understand themselves, their relationships and recurring patterns more deeply. Alongside individual therapy, I work with couples and intimate partners, including intercultural and mixed-neurotype relationships, and with mothers and adult daughters exploring their relationship across generations. Having lived and worked internationally for many years, I have extensive experience supporting people from different cultural backgrounds, including expatriates and those navigating identity, belonging, relocation and life between cultures. My practice is grounded in curiosity. Rather than approaching therapy as a process of fixing what is 'wrong', I offer a thoughtful and collaborative space in which we can explore what has shaped you, what is happening now, and what might help things feel different.
